The Recipe

Ingredients

• 8 oz Low Fat 2 percent Cottage Cheese (Good Culture is my favorite)

• 2 tablespoons of Mayo (Blue Plate for the win)

• 3 tablespoons of pickle juice (Grillo’s if you have it)

• 2 heaping teaspoons Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Dressing and Dip Mix

• 2 heaping teaspoons Cravin’ Cajun Gourmet Dip Mix

• 2 heaping teaspoons Ain’t No Joke It’s Spinach Artichoke Gourmet Dip Mix

• 1 tablespoon of chopped chives

Instructions

1. Mix everything together in a bowl.

2. Cover.

3. Chill 1 to 2 hours so the seasonings bloom and the flavor gets that perfect punch.

4. Garnish with chives.

Texture Note:
If you are not a fan of cottage cheese texture then just toss the cottage cheese in a blender first and whip it smooth. It takes about 10 seconds and gives you a creamy dip base.
